We are a provider of Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield Federal Plans. All billing will be submitted for you if you are covered under this plan.

If you have acupuncture benefits through any other insurance plan, we will provide you with the necessary paperwork for you to personally submit in order to be reimbursed. Please note that you will be responsible for payment at the time of your treatment.

Please contact your insurance company to determine if your specific plan has acupuncture benefits. If you are using a tax-advantaged account (HSA or FSA), please be sure that it can be used for acupuncture services.

Some important questions to ask your insurance company are:

- Does my acupuncturist need to be an M.D.?
- Does my plan cover my specific condition?
- How many visits am I allowed?
- Do I have a deductible?

Once you have determined that you have coverage, we will gladly provide you with the necessary paperwork for you to personally submit for reimbursement. If you are seeking treatment through a no-fault claim, we will handle all of the billing for you.

We also accept no-fault insurance.
If you are covered under no-fault (motor vehicle accident),
please have your case number ready when scheduling an appointment so it can be verified.
